Sam leads grant intelligence and proposal development, aligning program concepts with funder priorities and compliance requirements.
He also provides strategic guidance on stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, and results communication to advance sustainable protection, empowerment, and dignity for women and girls across the West Nile region.
