Likico Grace serves as Program Manager at Peace for Women-West Nile (PfW-WN), overseeing the design, delivery, and quality assurance of programs that advance women’s rights and protection in the West Nile region.
She leads multi-sector teams to implement survivor-centered GBV prevention and response, economic empowerment, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring activities align with organizational strategy and safeguarding standards.
Likico coordinates partnerships with local leaders, CSOs, and service providers, manages budgets and workplans, and strengthens monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting to drive measurable impact and learning.
